The Payment Page Help is designed to guide you through each stage of the payment process. You can access specific help by selecting the question mark icon within the payment page itself.

The Payment Process

There are three standard RBS WorldPay payment pages:

• PAGE 1 - where you choose your payment method
• PAGE 2 - where you enter your payment details, confirm you order details, print transfer or cheque details or be redirected to your bank to complete a payment.
• PAGE 3 - the result page for a successful, pending or cancelled payment
